It’s our favorite time of year! We invite our chef friends into the PJ kitchen to cook their version of a bistro menu.
Only rule of Bistro Dinner:
It doesn’t have to be French.
It DOES have to be delicious.
Note: Bistro Dinners are prepaid at $135 per person, not including beverages, tax, and gratuity. Some dinners can accommodate dietary restrictions while other chefs have politely declined requests for menu modifiations. Please email info@pasjoi.com for more information.
Chef Travis Swikard of Callie joins us on March 12th to kick off this year’s PJ & Friends Bistro series!
He’ll be bringing guest favorites from one of the toughest reservations to snag in San Diego. You won’t want to miss this one!
Chef Daniel Patterson of Jacaranda joins us on March 19th.
This will the first time they are sharing a kitchen since 2015, when both Dave and Daniel cooked together for a Questlove dinner party at Art Basel.
Chef Sathia Sun of Donna’s joins us on March 26th.
Sathia was a member of pasjoli’s opening team back in 2019 so we are all psyched to have him back!
Chef Dan Rabilwongse of Budonoki joins us on April 9th.
The friendship between Team PJ and Budonoki go back to the OG days in Chicago at Alinea. We are psyched to have them join us on the west side to cook!
Chef Kevin de Los Santos & Chef Katya Shastova of Vin Folk join us on April 16th.
A friendship that started during COVID, Jack, Dave, and the entire pasjoli team are excited to collaborate and get back in the kitchen together for the first time since 2021.
Chef Mei Lin joins us in the pasjoli kitchen on April 23rd for the final Bistro Dinner.
This will be the first time Dave and Mei are sharing a kitchen, and the whole team is super excited.
